This function allows you to remove a page. Note that the page is not actually removed from the databsae. It may be attached as a subpage to another page, effectively moving it to a different location.
To attach a removed page to another page, use "Add subpage" with the "Choose Existing Page" option. To add a page to the left margin, use the "Choose Existing Page" option on "Add More Pages."
